Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
This page contains the Survation Ltd Terms and Conditions and the Survation Ltd Privacy Policy for the Survation Panel.
Survation Ltd Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
The Survation Panel is Survation Ltd’s own consumer research panel.
By registering with our Panel you agree to be bound by these terms. Should you not wish to be bound by these terms you should not register with our panel or delete your account with us.
We may change these terms from time to time; any changes will be notified in advance of them becoming effective and will not nullify points accrued before the changes. Continued use of the Survation Panel after notification will be an acknowledgement of continued agreement to these terms.
2. Registration
To become a member of the Survation Panel you must register an account with us. information we request for registration can be found in our privacy policy further down the page.
Accounts are limited to one per individual and must be filled with accurate personal information, in both registration and during surveys. If it is found that information has been falsified the account will be deleted and all points accrued will be considered void.
To be part of the Survation Panel you must be 16 years or older.
3. Surveys and Points
Survation Panel members are awarded points in return for completing surveys. These points can be exchanged for UK GBP via direct deposit in a UK bank account upon reaching the cash out limit.
Survey points or account points overall can be voided for a number of reasons.
These include but are not limited to:
> Failing to provide true, accurate, current information when required.
> Speeding through surveys without time for reading comprehension.
> A reasonable suspicion that a user has been falsifying responses.
> A reasonable suspicion that a user has been creating fake accounts for referral points.
> A reasonable suspicion that multiple people are using the same account.
Continued poor quality or suspected falsified information may result in membership to the panel being suspended or terminated.
4. Disqualifications
The Survation Panel will send email invites to everyone who is eligible to do a survey.
Occasionally some demographic groups get filled up faster than others. Another reason some people get disqualified is they have old profile information. This means they are not actually eligible for some surveys they get invited to.
As it is important that we have a balance this means that sometimes people get disqualified. This should only happen in the beginning part of the survey and should only be a rare occurrence.
5. Terminating Membership
If you no longer wish to use your Survation Panel account you can delete or deactive your account.
To delete or deactive your account click on the “Unsubscribe” tab in the settings page. Deleting will remove your entire account including any points accrued. Deactivating puts a hold on your account and stops us from messaging you until it is reactivated.
