Polling for We Own It suggests strong public support to enhance the protections for the NHS in the trade bill, currently going through Parliament.

The bill is currently in the House of Lords and 75% to 12% would like the Lords to vote for an amendment to give specific protections for the NHS.

On the wider issue of private sector involvement in the NHS, 60% would like the government to have the option to bring private NHS services in house, with 19% opposed, 20% don’t know.
